Hand-built fiberglass tail section and seat pan using stock CB750F rear cowl as plug to make the mold Factory CB750F fuel tank with fuel cap latch modified to be secured by a Quick Latch Mini Cooper Pepper White paint 1979 CB750F-style decals from CBdecals.com Bodywork, paint and decals applied by Miller and Son Collision in Alden, New York Seat foam and cover by Z-Best Custom and Antique Upholstery in Lancaster, New York Color stitching and diamond pattern to match the Biltwell Chocolate Brown grips Powdercoating by Full Throttle Finishes in Livonia, New York with frame in Ink Black, engine in Blackjack and wheels in Lentil Electronics including ignition box, M-Unit, starter solenoid, regulator and battery hidden under the seat Rebuilt engine with machine work performed by Klispie Motorsports in Hamburg, New York except for the cylinder head porting Clearances measured during assembly 1981 CB750K engine cases Block bored for new L.A. Sleeves then sleeves bored 5.5mm over with top case bored to fit new sleeves followed by the top case and cylinders being surfaced Calculated displacement of 887.46cc CB750F-style cylinder and head studs with Cometic head and base gaskets Weisco 10.25:1 K985 pistons and rings with floating wrist pins and new CB1100F rod bolts rods Factory 750 crankshaft with polished journals New crank and rod bearings with main journals grooved for 360 degree oiling of crankshaft CB900 438 cylinder head with hand-ported bowls blended, casting cleaned up on intake and exhaust sides, polished and gasket matched then resurfaced Megacycle Cams, 138-x4 cams, .355 lift, 264 duration at .040 inches with 108 lobe separation with slotted cam gears and new CB1100F cam cap bolts New Borg-Warner timing chains with Vince and Hyde chain guide and tensioners and chain tensioner Dynoman performance lightweight stainless and nitride coated valves, 26mm intake, 22.5mm exhaust with new Kibblewhite Viton valve seals, heavy valve springs, shim on bottom style lifters and titanium retainers CB900F oiling system including pump, passage body and pan Oil pan fittings converted to AN8 style with custom lines to Earls 10 row oil cooler Modified oil pickup by Jes-Built Crankcase breathers removed and run to air oil separator catch can with drain New OE gaskets and seals installed with new polished stainless socket head hardware throughout Undercut dogs/slots in transmission Vince and Hyde Racing shift detent Clutch basket disassembled and new dampers installed New Barnett clutch with heavy race springs New Mikuni RS34 carburetors, re-racked for proper spacing and re-jet with richer needles installed New carburetor boots, clamps and K&N filters Stainless 4-into-1 superbike progressive tube exhaust by Ripple Rock Racers Oil pressure gauge on the side of the case New Rick's Electrics starter and stock starter clutch modified with R6 sprag clutch Open 3 phase charging system from Cycle-X Dyna 2000 ignition system with 2.2 OHM coils and custom-length suppression core wires NGK Iridium spark plugs Shindengen Mosfet regulator for 3 phase and lithium batteries with 8 cell Antigravity battery Motogadget M-Unit with M-Lock key fob Motogadget Motoscope Mini dash gauge machined into Top Tree by Cognito Moto J.W.
